Hello! Thanks for taking the time to check out my page. This is my personal weight loss journey. I'm fat! I know it and I know why. I'm not going to make excuses. I am fat because I love to eat and I'm lazy. I've done this to myself. I can't blame it on anyone else, so it's up to me to change it. I am fat because I love to eat and I'm lazy. I've done this to myself. I can't blame it on anyone else, so it's up to me to change it. I'm ready and determined this time to get on track and shed these unwanted pounds for good! I know I can lose this weight. Getting started isn't so bad, sticking with it will be the hard part. I'm going to take it one day at a time and try to stay positive.

My Goals:
My main goal is to be healthy and happy. I'd like to look like I did in high school and be proud of myself. My short term goal is to stick with this diet and exercise plan. My long term goal is to reach 150 lbs.
My Program:
I don't really have a specific program. I've done a lot of research on losing weight and keeping it off. I really haven't found a diet plan that fits me totally. So, I've combined several to make my own. I want my program to be a lifestyle change. I don't believe that it will work as a temporary diet plan. I plan on having this program for the rest of my life . I'm writing down everything I eat and drink and now I've started "calorie cycling".

My name is Amy. I am 31 years old. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Brandon. We have been married 11 years. We have a son, Tyson who was born November 12, 2010.
