Things I love... my family, close friends, sunsets, holding hands,fireworks, traveling, snuggles and kisses, scary movies, Ellipticals, gummy bears, yoga, pajamas, the color pink, saphires, Gerber Daisys, Chocolate, walking, sleeping, long baths, country music, rollerblading, flip flops, my hair played with, old soft rock,snowmobiling especially in the UP, 70-80 degree weather with a breeze, hot chocolate,sunshine, baby bunnies,Key West, quilting, children, chick flicks, Ice Cream, naps!!!

Things I don't like... Liers, olives, dirty snow, ice storms, cheaters, watching football on TV, grapefruit, any type of smoke, sad people, pepper, yucky rain, missing friends and being out of shape!

Fitness Minutes: 5,127

My Goals:
To eat healthy, increase my running speed, train for the Disney 2012 (Jan 8th) marathon.

I dont want to just weigh less (15lbs less), but I want to be toned... be able to do real pushups and chinups!


My Program:
Water, water, water (I'm still trying!)

Non-cardio days eat 1500 calories, big cardio days eat 2200- based on my metabolism test done 1/15/11


Running came into my life in 5/2010
I finished my first 5k... then did my first sprint triathon (had to learn to swim for that!!) in Sept 2010, and then ran my first half marathon in Oct 2010! It was a year of amazing accomplishments that I never dreamed I would complete... I also found out in Feb 2012 that I broke my foot 3 weeks before the half marathon... makes completing the half marathon all that much more amazing to me, but all that pounding caused a seasmoid bone to die and I'll be having surgery 5/11/11 to have it removed, which means I wont be running again until June... 8 months without running is tough, and I'll have to start all over, I'm hoping 5 months is enough time to retrain my body to run, and train for the full marathon distance!!
