2020 GOALS:

- Run as much as possible (at least one 5K a month!)
- Get ACE certified again and teach Sh'Bam
- My supposed ideal waist measurement is 25.3.
BMI goal is 21.0


Historical measurements:
June 6, 2007: Waist = 34.5 / Hip = 41
Jan. 7 , 2009: Waist = 28.5 / Hip = 38

I've been somewhat active on Spark since 2007.

- Run/Walk a lot more races and earn those miles to Mordor!

- Increase hip and back flexibility and abdominal strength
- New Rules for Lifting for women (maybe)

 Dancing, Running, and whatever aerobics/weight classes I can manage in my "free time."

My day job is writing, and I finished my MFA (Creative Writing) in 2018.
