    There's something on this site for everyone, and part of the fun that I've had is discovering all that the site has to offer.

    One of the first things that you should do is create your SparkPage, if you haven't already done so. This will allow other members to interact with you, and provide support. Just go to www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_home.asp to get started.

    After that, you should check out some different SparkTeams, to find groups of people that will be your main support during your journey.
