Hoping to Make a Healthy Change


Hello! I am hoping to meet new people in the Brown County area. I am new to the area as of July 2008. I would really like to meet new people to exercise with. It has been very hard to keep off extra weight, even with diet and exercise. I think that making exercise a normal daily activity would be helpful :)

My Goals:
I need to lose about 75 pounds at this point. However, my main goal is to just adopt a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
 Exercise, diet.....the two main things that seem to help the most :) Counting calories etc.

    Hi Amanda. I don't know where in Brown Cty you are, but I live a little ways west of Green Bay. I think walking buddies are great. It really makes the time go by so if you want to walk, let me know.
