I am a woman struggling with diabetes for 20 years. When I was young, I was a physical education teacher and dance therapist. I was always moving. After I had 2 children, I sat in front of a computer to work in my own business with my husband and didn't move too much. I need to dance more. I need to focus on myself more. I need help because all of my life I've been a caregiver. So, I turn 60 in 6 months and want to start to take care of myself. I need your help!

My Goals:
To get healthier. To take care of myself. To enjoy and dance!

My Program:
 Following diabetic diet that I've been given. Cutting out most carbs. Doing at least 20 minutes of exercise a day. Writing down and tracking food and exercise. Writing down my feelings.


Personal Information:
I am married. I have 2 children - a daughter that's 30 and a son that's 28. I own my own printing brokerage firm with my husband. I am a volunteer in many organizations.
