Guess who's back, back again. Spring is in the air and I'm back to being strict with my plan since I have hit a plateau in my weight loss. My personal trainer and I have decided to kick start the good 'ole stomach again and pull back on the cards and calories. Keep checking to see how the progress goes. I'm still looking for workout buddies in the Charlotte area if anyone is interested.

I'm about a 1/4 of the way to my goal! I'm super excited to say that I have been able to maintain the 1/4 weight loss while my medication is still being adjusted. My family and friends have all been so supportive and that is what has truly inspired me to keep going even through the hard times.

I grew up swimming year round and never thought of myself as thin, but now when I look back at pictures I would do anything to get back down to that weight. Ever since I stopped swimming I have been slowly gaining weight and now I am so embarrassed at how large I have become. I have tried several diets and loose weight, but once I stop it just comes back and I gain more. I am ready to make a change and I want to stick with it.

My Goals:
My goal is to loose at least 100 pounds. To get to this overall goal, I want to eat healthier and exercise more.


My Program:
I am currently working with a personal trainer two times a week for an hour. Then I do cardio for 45 mins and 15 mins core per day and weights on a rotating schedule.



Personal Information:
I'm AL from southern Charlotte and I'm a southern belle and like to be treated as such! haha :)


Other Information:
My husband got me interested in fantasy books lately, I like reading them, but sometimes get carried away reading them because they are so good. Current series I'm on is Ledge of the Seeker, about 15 books in the series or something like that.
