Introduction Text It is time to stop living in the past, so I am completely changing up my page!

Avoid Lifestyle-Related Illnesses such as Diabetes and High Blood Pressure! Get weight down to 130 lbs. Maintain excellent cholesterol and blood pressure levels as I age. Create a healthy lifestyle for my family. Balance an enjoyment of food with good health. Enjoy my body by being able to be physically active!

More physical activity with less food. It's that simple, really.
