2020 Summer 5% Exercise Commitment: 30 minutes each day, usually the exercise bike, continuous walking also counts. One day off per week allowed. 25 sit-ups every other day, along with 25 wall push-ups and 20 reps of shoulder PT-ST exercises with 2 lb weights. ...

    I shore am glad it's Friday! How about you? Since it's the end of July, I think we should have a little shellabration, so I have reeled in some summer jokes that I think you will find laughabubble; although you may find summer better than others.
