My Goals:
Lose weight & increase activity for my health. Get off medication.

My Program:
Adding more fruits & vegetables, gym 5-6 days a week, leaving my hobbits den and getting outside more after work and on weekends.

Personal Information:
Married to the man of my dreams, mom, sister, friend, USAF Veteran. Love Packers, NFL & Academy Football (GO FALCONS). Wonder Woman fan, love live music, dance, walks, anything near water, live for the mountains.

Other Information:
Pre-menopausal and battling - definitely a CHANGE in how I look at the world. Luckily my husband and son can laugh with me at it!
