I refuse to erase anything off my page. Yes I am starting over but this is still part of my life. I did an awesome job & I will get back on track! I can & will do this!

So what are effective yet simple fast break ideas?
Here are some possibilities:

Walk every day for 15 minutes
Get 8 hours of sleep every night (good for energy)
Stretch every morning
Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work
Skip a TV show and go outside instead
Do push-ups or sit-ups for one minute (as many as you can)

I am REALLY doing this!! It has been almost 6 months, YES I have had set backs but MOST importantly I AM STILL HERE!! I have come to realize that this is NOT just about weight loss, this is about Putting MYSELF back in the Picture. It is so easy to lose yourself in everyday life. It is MUCH harder to focus on what YOU really need. I am worth it and I WILL SUCCEED.

I am focusing on a real GOAL now , of course I had goals "Be heathly, get under 200 pounds, live more, etc....." I have completed chap. 1 of "The SPARK" book. I love the first page of chap. 2 . I AM NOT IN THAT OCEAN ANYMORE. I have a goal, I will reach it, I see it, It has a date. Now my Goals will have a purpose.

    Hi!! I hope you are doing well this week :) I have been working out and that has really helped me stay motivated. I love your plan of 10 minutes per day and am happy to hear that you are sleeping better :) i have found that since I have been working out 5-6 days a week, I actually have MORE energy!! It seems so counterintuitive, but it is sooo true!! Keep up all of your hard work, you are amazing! emoticon

    Thank you for such a sweet comment on my page and for adding me as a friend. Trust me, it was hard to add photos to my page at first, but I think what really helped me was to remember that everyone at Spark is/was in the same situation. I'm so happy to hear that you are holding your head up and moving forward and losing 6lbs, thats great!! Lets keep each other motivated that way we can finally lose this weight once and for all!!

    I've been doing this for about a week. Just keeping up with my food. I'm having a hard time with protein and carb., not getting enough. I feel a lot better, I'm exercising everyday. I'm sleeping better, probably because of the exercising. I can't wait to weigh in and see my meter move like the ones that I have been seeing.
    I think this is what I need..it's sooo hard to stay motivated, and it seems I never finish what I start. So I always put the weight right back on. People say they will help, but that fades too. I have found if I am held accountable I do better. That's what I'm hoping I will get out of this. Of course loss weigh too!!
