Introduction Text Slipped for a year but I am back. Work took over my life, did get promoted twice but I did slip into old habits . Time to shut that down… Things are good, life is good but things are busy and I started the old “I’m tired bit” and lived it for a while, even though I hated it. No more of that, time to hit the trail, and hit it hard… I want to accomplish my goals, keep my focus and tie it into my day to day issues. I am back in TaeKwonDo and I am so happy that i am, even though its been close to ten years if it wasnt for being out of shape I would be doing great. What is a motivator for me is my children being in it as well.

Phase 1 1. Lose 60 pounds 2. Move to Maintenance mode 3. Maintain healthy eating lifestyle 4. Keep the active lifestyle 5. Ankle Fully healed 6. Run a minimum of 15 miles per week 7. Get my Black Belt 8. Run my first Marathon 9. Hit the weights on TKD off Days 10. Get toned 11. Be able to do 50 push ups 12. Be able to do 25 pull ups 13. Get boys to eating healthier

1. Jogging 4 mile runs - 3 times a week 2. Gym at lunch no less than 3 times a week (TKD Off Days) -- Weights -- Cardio 3. TKD 4 times a week, no less than 3 4. Spend more time with the boys outside Playing
