Introduction Text Hey everyone, My names Whitney, I'm 24 years old and I've been on Sparkpeople for awhile now and use it daily if I'm lucky. I'm a college graduate who has a full time job and just recently got engaged! Now I need to lose that last ten pounds and i have a little over a year to do it! My main problem before was what I was eating and not moving enough, I have changed my ideas of food and I watch my food intake and I'm not afraid to say no to fried foods, or foods I know I shouldn't eat. I also have a very sensitive digestive tract so I can't eat those foods without problems the next day. I love feeling better about my body and I have recently started to pose for figure drawing classes around the city! Its a big step to feeling better about my body! Now I just need to lose that extra weight so i can look the best I ever did in a wedding dress! EK

My goal as of right now is to lose about 16 pounds before the end of the year! Weather or not that happens all depends on me and I'm ready to lose that extra weight once and for all!

I work out 6 days a week! I strength train every day but with different part of my body. Figure out how to eat right. Spread the Spark to others!
