Reset 2015........
After all that work I am now back to 302 after losing 85 pounds. I am starting fresh with a clean slate though and this time I am going to make it



UPDATE December 2013......
I have done a full goal reset after gaining 9 pounds back, but I have still managed to be at 256 pounds, that is a weight loss of 73.4 pounds since Feb. 2013. I have gotten a little side tracked, but here I go again, I pushed back my goal dates as the ones I had set are making me lose motivation when I don't hit them. So now I am starting over with a clean slate from here. I started at 330 pounds and now I am working to get to 175 by August 2014, my new goal..........

UPDATE 9/20/13 WOW THIS HAS BEEN A ROLLER COASTER RIDE. I AM 70 POUNDS LIGHTER CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. THIS IS AMAZING, I HAVE MET EACH GOAL EARLY, BUT I AM NOT CHANGING THEM, WHAT I STARTED WITH IS WHAT I AM KEEPING IF I FINISH EARLY THAT'S GREAT, BUT IF I DON'T THAT IS STILL OK. I AM SLOWLY FINDING MYSELF AGAIN. I NOW WEIGH 260 POUNDS BUT LOOK OUT 250'S HERE I COME. I CAN NOT WAIT TO LOSE 30 MORE POUNDS THAT WILL MAKE 100 POUNDS LOST. I HAVE THAT SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 2014!
IF I CAN DO THIS SO CAN YOU LETS GET MOVING FRIENDS AND BE AT OUR BEST.
I am 27 years old, a mother of a 7 year old little girl, and a wife.

My weight reached 330 in feb. and i have isolated myself for years.
That was my breaking point. Now I am trying to get healthy with a goal weight of 175 so I can feel comfortable playing with my daughter and going places in general. This isn't fun anymore I am taking back what my weight has taken from me for so long.

My Program:
I am changing my calorie intake to around 1200 a day with a lot of protien and fresh veggies. I am also doing cardio and strength training!
