Introduction Text my name is michelle, am51 years old and have 180 pounds to lose, i want to start enjoying life more I chose this picture, it is a picture of my best friend. I just put him to sleep, but he has been thre for me through everything, he didn'task for anything in return except for love. He wil lbe missed. He weighed 35 pounds and had to lose weight because he was a diabetic, he lost 12 pounds, if he can do it, why can't I? I am ready.

I want to stop worrying about what people are thinking about me. I want to be happier, enjoy life, learn to eat healthier and exercise more I want to find out who the real me is, take her out of hiding and let the world see her.
