I am a 30 year old married female. I have been married since August 18th,2007. My current goal is to lose 25 pounds! Over the past month and a bit I have lost 12!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 25 pounds but right now I am happy with how far I have come. If I don't lose anymore weight that is fine with me.

My Program:
 I do whatever exercises that are possible!!!! I like to use my Wii and also go outside

Other Information:
 I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!!!
