    Welcome! :) My best advise would be to take consistent small steps until you get there and to be PATIENT with the changes taking place - they ARE happening! :) Also - for motivation, write a list of the reasons WHY you're doing this. That is where our motivation comes from. Our reasons WHY. Not necessarily because we're loving every moment of it. That may come later, but even though I love running I don't love every run. Sometimes my reason for doing it is because I'm training for a marathon. My reasons for eating healthy are for my long term health and fitness, and also to fuel my day to day activities. Just think of all the reasons why you want to get healthy and lose weight and when you start to lose motivation, remind yourself by reading over it. Maybe even keep a top 5 reasons on a little card in your wallet or something for an on the go boost! :)
