My name is Jocelyn. I'm 38, married, mother of 3 and a slumperdinka. I have no excuses except for a very chaotic and stressful life. I used the site last year and was doing great until I fell off the wagon. I gained half the weight back but I refuse to give up. I hate looking at my saggy breast and fat stomach in the mirrow. So, I need your support in my journey to find myself, any that you can give is much appreciated.

My Goals:
Gain my joyful spirit, get back to me, live a overall healthy lifestyle, and stop being slumperdinka [someone that does not care how she looks]

My Program:
**Future plan*
Drink my water.
Get my fiber in daily.
Exercise for 20 minutes at least 2 times a day.
Try to stay off the scale.
Plan my meals and then eat healthy.
Try to stay out of restaurants.
Go to bed at 10pm. [hard]

Personal Information:
I'm 38 and I'm not at my best. I have a supportive husband and 3 great kids under 5 which love. But I must say I'm finding it hard to love me like this. I know I can do better. And I will.

Other Information:
I love to read when I can, I like to entertain, take pictures, play on the computer, scrapbooking, and decorating.
I Love playing with my family,creating, crafting, acting silly, baking, reading cookbooks, and floating on a raft on a hot day.

    As a new year is upon us, most of us have begun to think about what we would like to do differently for 2009. I’m no exception, but while we look forward, let us not forget our past. We’ve had success in 2008 and should build on what we’ve learned and experienced as a foundation for our continued accomplishments in 2009… I want to be the first one to say I’m “So, Fine in 09” and I’m going to achieve my goals with the all of the tools I’ve placed in my toolbox, including you – not that you’re a tool emoticon , but you have been integral in everything that I’ve been able to accomplish thus far.     A while ago I told you about a plus size yoga class...well they moved it to mondays at 630...

    Trying to get the word out there because it is a great class!!
    I am in LOVE with the Plus size Yoga Class in Rochester. It's at the Red Lotus Yoga Studio. It is taught by a plus size instructor Jean Charette (who is also a massage therapist). It is a small class of 3 students so far....give or take depending on the week... While I can't do some of the poses, it was okay and she came up with modifications. It was so relaxing!!! It's seriously lie a drug....it makes you feel amazing. Not intimidating at all!!! I really hope they continue the class....so I am spreading the word around. I had zero experience and you can just jump right in...I am not affiliated in anyway.
