SEONAG Amy, it is hard keeping on track, for sure. Right now, I am in Edmonton because my niece was seriously hurt in a car accident. Time is spent going to the hospital, finding ways to get places in a city I don't know well anymore, and eating at restaurants that really don't cater to weightwatchers. Last night I even had a beer and overate. Well, today I had a few minutes to do strength training (on my fitness page). I'll have to skip cardio.
But I'm not giving up! Today is a new day. I eat healthy and try to be active so I can do all I need to running around doing errands and hanging out at the hospital. I go over sometimes because I am supporting family who are not worried about diet but about their daughter. It's all good. We're not giving up, right? You have to live too and sometimes that's a challenge.
You can do this! You can do this! You can do this! 4287 days ago
