I am a wife and mother of 6.I have been dealing with weight problems since I had my first child 15 years ago and been going down hill since then.Never happy with myself I have turned to food for comfort. gonna try.Taking one step,one day at a time ..I know I will eventually become the skinny me hiding inside the fat me.
This was my attitude
about a year and half ago.What happened to that desire i had,all the excitment I had to lose this weight.Now here I am again even a few pounds heavier and not happy at all.
What can I do to feel that again.The word DIET seems so hard to do?
I have these great kids and want so much to be healthy so I can keep up.I am tired all the time and feel depressed.I want to exercise and I want to lose the weight.But how do I get out of this slump.
Now my husband has gone to work out of the province for a few months and I decided this was a good time to start new.With all my children in school now,and me at home,what perfect time to start over,release stress from exercise .I remember I loved walking with Lesley Sansone.I felt so great,I had so much energy.
I decided to try again.Take it one day at a time,keep praying and stick to it.I have to remember that even on bad days..there is always tomorrow.When I fall get up and dust myself off and keep going.
So here we go.

My Goals:
My goals r to lose 50lbs.I was gonna go for 40.but now I am confident that I can lose 50.I will be at the perfect weight for my hight..(and that is not very tall)I want to do this asap..but in reality i will take my time.i would like to lose 20 by august 22.that is my short term goal.not sure how long it takes to lose 50 lbs.But I am gonna go as long as it takes and hope to keep it of by staying with a healthy life style.

My Program:
I am just counting my caleries and trying to not drink pepsi.pepsi is gonna be hard for me considering it WAS my weakness.But I am doing well.I am also excersising everyday.Mostly walking in home with leslie sanson.and loving every minute of it.I am also doing pilates a few times a week.
