I am a baby boomer who wants to be healthy and happy. I retired in September 2012. I have had a weight problem most of my adult life. I have tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and many other diet plans. I have come to realize that what I needed was a lifestyle change. I lost my husband 3 years ago.

I have tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and many other diet plans. I have come to realize that what I needed was a lifestyle change. I lost my husband 3 years ago.

Fitness Minutes: 54,729

My Goals:
Exercise 5 days a week
Work on losing 5 pounds by May 1st.


My Program:
 Use the nutrition tracker daily
Exercise a minimum of 20 minutes 6 days a week.
Read at least one spark article daily


Personal Information:
I began my journey to a healthier lifestyle in March 2013. I have lost 70 pounds to date. I have gone from no exercise to at least 20 min of exercise 6 days a week.
