I am a baby boomer who wants to be healthy and happy. I retired in September 2012. I have had a weight problem most of my adult life. I have tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and many other diet plans. I have come to realize that what I needed was a lifestyle change. I lost my husband 3 years ago.
