    Thanks so much for the spark goodie!!! For exercise just take it VERY slow at the beginning! I hardly did any cardio. I think at first I did 7 minutes on a stationary bike and I couldnt do anymore. Now (before I got pregnant) I typically do 90 min of cardio (elliptical and treadmill) I would say shoot for 30 min of cardio a day...even if its just walking around the block. If you are eating within your calories the weight will come off even without exercise!! Keep up the great work and let me know how you doing!!
