    Thanks for checking in on me. It has been so hard for me to log into Sparkpeople. I work on the computer, so when I am done with that it is so hard for me to do non-work related things. I have to get better with that. Anyway, I am doing great. I have been working my butt off literally, and have lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks! I have been running and taking Zumba classes 2 times a week. That has been so fun. I see you are at 170. I can't wait for my scale to read 170. That would be so awesome. I have stayed motivated over these 3 weeks and I know I can do another 3 and another. I wish you much success. It seems like you are doing great with your running.

    Hey there. Thanks for stopping by. I have been extremely busy at work and haven't been on Sparks much. I recently joined weightwatchers because I am not seeing the result I want. With my work schedule, I also have not been going to the gym like I need to. My goal is to get back to the exercising and eating right beginning now! I have gained back a few pounds and I am not happy about that at all.

    How have things been going with you? Stay in touch and don't forget about a sista!

    Hey lady, thanks for stopping by to say hello, my summer is going great, just trying to maintain and get rid of theses last few pounds, it has been a chore, but I will make it!!!!     Hi --

    For the most part I try and keep up on but I do have times when I might miss a week or two due to overload of work & other everyday responsibilities but I try to keep on track. I'm horrible at tracking my food I mostly focus on getting my workouts logged , sending posts and reading the articles.

    I've been in Chesapeake for almost 9 yrs now Im originally from Philly

    I could use a lil help w/ staying in line so lets work 2gether at helping ea other
