    So glad to see you are a DONE GIRL. I call myself a DONE GIRL/OLD MOMMA, but they all never mention that I"m getting old. LOL BUT, I do recommend reading ARTHUR AGATSTON, M.D.'s book "THE SOUTH BEACH HEART HEALTH PROGRAM"

    He explains Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome, which most of us over 40 have and why we can't lose weight on a "regular diet." He didn't start out to write a DIET BOOK at all, but made the diet for his patients, as he is a Cardiologist.
