My Goals:
I am hoping to loose around about 50lb in weight, i know this won't be very easy, i have already lost 42lb over the past year! So i know that i am going in the right direction.

I am also wanting to get fit that way i will keep the weight off, this i am slowely doing. Adding a little more each day. I want to walk more and this year i hope to go on many long walks.

My Program:
 I aim to eat better.

Exercise more.

walk more.

Carry on with my degree in English Lit.

Garden more and spend more time with my honey!

    I just noticed you on the uk team I come from Stornoway but live near London I left the Island to go into nursing when I was 17 now 54. My husband comes from the Island to and we both have our families there. Good luck with your weight loss. I lost 30lb and reached my goal weight but stay on the site to help maintain.
