As for calorie counts... Unfortunately, I don't remember what they were all along my journey, as it's been two years, but for the majority of it, Spark has recommended 1,200 to 1,500 calories, and I've tried to stick at 1,200. I do occasionally go up to 1,300, but I try to stay at 1,200 or very close to it. 1778 days ago
