    Thank you for the goodie......for my fitness miles....I just plug away at this day by day, so I was surprised to see the amount. Hope your day is going well. I had an early one today....grocery shopping this morning. I really don't mind this type of shopping, except when I come home I want to start cooking up a storm.....I get over it right after have lunch. Enjoy the rest of your day! emoticon

    Glad to hear you are doing well......walking in sunshine and warm/hot weather is something I won't see for a couple of months....today in the high 30's tomorrow and Sunday 50's...than rain. Oh well that's why I like Wisconsin....the four seasons...you never know for sure what is going to happen if you blink your eyes. My main exercise is walking. About out tree.
    It was a 150+ year old Elm that got diseased and needed to be taken down.
    We found out about a carver who lived in our neck of the woods and well just couldn't pass up saving at least part of the tree for hopefully another 15-20 years.......We actually have a light shining on it at night....thanks for asking.
    And thank you for that great big hug....I say you never have enough hugs...
    Have a great weekend....hope you don't have to work and you will have time to enjoy your beautiful weather and get outside. I'm planning on eating healthy this weekend so if you do the same YOU will not be alone. emoticon

    Just checking in to see how life is treating you. How is the plan working for you, or if not how can I help. I'm still chugging along with one pound a week....I am satisfied (sort of) with this.....and I will continue to hang in there to see my goal. Have a wonderful day/weekend.
