I am so tired of this weight at 329 I am hurting all over, time to
make the time for me and get serious about losing weight.
I am a diabetic on insulin. Need to get my health back NOW.
No More stopping or Restarting just going to get healthy.
We are what we eat so we need to pay attention to just exactly what that is and how your body reacts. The very least you should be doing is eating fresh and whole foods. Cut out the preservatives in pre-packaged food. Keep away from the 3 whites: sugar, flour, and pasta. Our food has the means to prevent and heal disease. Our food choices can either kill us (an ever-increasing number of studies say that they are) or pull us out of the disease process, heal us and put us back on track for lifelong health. Food should be our medicine of choice, not drugs. More than half our entire population has to take at least one drug daily (usually more than one). Degenerative diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even several forms of cancer, could almost always be prevented and in many cases reversed by eating healthy food.

You are with a Spark friend and you are never alone as I will be walking right beside you through this journey.

Never judge me unless you have walked in my shoes!

My body sometimes feels sore, but it works.
I don't sleep well most nights, but I do wake up to fight another day.
My wallet is not full but my stomach is.
I don't have all the things I ever wanted but I do have everything I will ever need.
I'm thankful because although my life is by no means perfect, its my life and I'm happy.

Thanks for the message on my Spark page and being a cheerleader for me!

    CHALLENGING SITUATIONS:

One recurring challenge with weight loss is keeping motivated so that we reach our goals. Sensible and lasting weight loss takes time. Over time, our motivation can weaken. We need someone to encourage us and boost our motivation!

emoticon *** Motivation is defined as the incentive or drive to act

emoticon *** Who better than US to know what will drive us to action?

emoticon Here we go again! Let's do some mindful thinking. Reflect on

emoticon *** The changes we have already made

emoticon *** The challenges we have already overcome.

emoticon *** Take an inventory of our personal goals, and our progress toward them.

emoticon *** Does our progress and success thus far boost our self-confidence?

emoticon With self-confidence, we have the basis for self-motivation!
