I am entering a new phase in my life. Now I would like to do things that I wanted to do all my life , but could not due to one reason or other. But Now I have decided to bring focus back on me and that includes not only my physical health, but mental health as well. These aspects go hand in hand.

My Goals:
1. Lose Weight --- bring it down to my 20 years ago weight.
2. Develop resilience, mental strength, will power and discipline.
3. My appearance makeover --- changing my dressing style, learning makeup,
4. Taking care and improving my skin, hair health
5. Improving my overall health and Weight Loss is one part of health improvement for me.
6. Bringing all my vitals, blood tests to normal range.
7. Improving my heart , gut health.
8. Practising Positive Thinking, Concentration
9. Practising on my Time Management Skills
10. Practical minimalism --- material, physical and mental


My Program:
First Step --- I am starting this journey from mental perspective and not usual physical perspective.
a. writing down exactly what I want to achieve
b. Making affirmative sentences related to my written down aims
c. Start Visualizing them
d. whenever I spot/detect/notice any negative/ redundant thoughts occupying me in loop manner--- I will practice replacing them with one of my affirmative sentences.
e. Once I get these affirmative sentences at a certain level of automation, then next step would be visualization of these thoughts/sentences.
***** Steps to this program will be added/deleted as time will pass.

I am a devoted mother and wife , who has now decided to become devoted to my progress and improvements . The Best version.
