My Goals:
This is the start of my journey to a better health, more energy and a smaller clothes size. A journey I have to do by myself but I wouldn't mind some company along the way. It is way more enjoyable then don't you think?

In 2003-2004 I lost a lot of weight and weighed in at 149 pounds. Oh boy. I will never forget that feeling. The feeling of standing in a shop for the first time with my new weight trying on clothes for aages because everything was fitting and looked great on me! I even made heads turn (never had that happening before or after) which boosted my self image. Unfortunately I saw it as a quick fix and quickly gained it all again, and more. I was going from exercising every day for at least two hours and eating WW to basically going back to my old self. Bad. Buuut, since I know I have done this before, I know I can again! Nothing is stopping me now! Now I feel like I need to make a change because of how stiff I´ve gone and everything is such hard work for me. I want to

My Program:
Since Jan 1st I eat three healthy meals/day cooked as clean as possible. I discovered it works better for me to skip snacks between meals altogether. Keeps it simple and I don't get the cravings. I also mealprep which I feel is key!

Me and sugar have a complicated relationship, and I am trying to avoid it as much as I can by limiting it to special occasions (1 piece of cake on birthdays for example) and eat max 10 pieces of sweets on a Friday eve/cinema occasion instead of 40. I know cutting it out completely would make cravings for it making me eat more of it than I should.

I am a 38 year old woman in Sweden with 77 lbs to lose. I am feeling very positive and I know I will do it. I love reggae/soca and most music, I like swimming, travelling, British comedy, romantic stories, old photos and names.
