I would run sometime this week to assess the amount of pain and go from there. I personally wouldn't do it, because I wouldn't be able to keep it slow enough. But if you can really keep it easy EASY and run once to test out your knee. 3443 days ago

I read your post regarding lower back pain. I suffer greatly with back pain. My daughter introduced me to yoga recently and I'm just beginning. I'm 49 years old and somehow have become stiff as a board with back spasms more and more. I go to a chiropractor and he believes my problem isn't as skeletal as it is muscular. Hard to believe I was an aerobics instructor "back in the day". You sure wouldn't know that now!!!
I've begun a cd using Ki yoga (don't really know the differences) but saw Holy Yoga and that caught my eye. The Words says we should meditate day and night - Yoga talks about meditation - so I know if I can incorporate my christian views with my yoga - That's a God thing. :) I look forward to learning more about this. Thanks! 3454 days ago

Thanks for the book! I have been enjoying a few good reads and movies. I might be getting some acupuncture today for my knee, so I am hoping that will get my up and running again soon.

I wish this picture were me, but it is a nice goal to shoot for. It is Anna Paquin from True Blood. I love the books and the show. 3520 days ago
