it is almost impossible for me to do triceps dips as one of my arms is disabled wish there wer more ideas for the disabled Report
Nicole, I love all the videos and your demonstration. I was wondering if you could do a yoga video/videos for people with hip and knee replacements my knee only goes to a 78 degree very stiff . Thank you so much if you could help.
