For an older person with hip, joint, and balance issues, I found this difficult but fun and doable (for the most part!) Report
This is a very difficult workout for the older woman as I really feel it in my hip sockets. Take the moves nice and slowly and go for the lower impact version which will still yield great value. Report

Some fo these videos have a printable sheet giving a list of the exercises and how many. I wish they all did for those of us who have the worst wifi/4-g/no-net on the planet. Seriously this is the most painful thing to watch and I tried allowing it to load for 45 minutes and it still just sat there and fragged. Screw it I am gonna go ride my bike. Report
