I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant and I can't wait to do this video!!! Although, the exercises when you are bent over I'll have to stand for because my belly is in the way! Otherwise, I know I won't get too exhausted to do this and I'll feel great for at least doing something! THANKS!

This is a great workout and I did it standing.
IT WOULD BE A GREAT ROUTINE CAN I DOWNLOAD IT SO I CAN USE IT AT HOME????? OFTEN TIMES MY TIMES TO EXERCISE ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN WHICH MAKES THE TYPES I DO IMPORTANT. I NEED ONES THAT DON'T STRESS THE LOWER BACK AND A ROTATOR CUFF??
