Very good. I'm glad to expand the exercises I can do even though I'm unable to stand to do them. Good variety here.
Great workout! Fast and practical with some nice modifications on the "standard" arm work. Recommendation: it would have been helpful to get an idea of what size weights for a beginner vs advanced or to note the size weights being used in the video. I think I started with too heavy weights.

LOL I've been doing these since I started my journey but not in the seated position.
I love this workout, only 9 minutes and very friendly for the over weight person!! I have been using it for just about a week and it helps me feel great and proud of doing something along with my cardio!
Looks like a good video for beginners.
