First time doing this, couldn't do it weights so I continued without them. I still felt the stretch. I will improve in time. Felt good
These are great workouts but if you are wanting to get rid of your flabby arms, you need to concentrate on your triceps more with heavier weights and tricep dips. Look specifically for triceps exercises on youtubes. There are heaps of them.
Have had surgery on myshoulder and this helps. Thanks.
Doing this for a long time my bat wings have not lessened but I cant use weights

I have back problems, so this exercise was good for me.
Great workout! Thanks, Coach!
Fabulous workout to do in bed when you need some extra minutes for the day. I feel great, and thankful that Spark makes it soooo easy for me!
These seated work outs are a great way for me to engage in exercise again. Thank you.

This video is exactly what I was looking for as I recover from a broken leg. Thank you Coach Nicole and Sparkpeople! I suggest people start with a 1 pound weight and work up to more slowly. No weights? Use a filled bottle of water in each hand!
I would like your advice regarding how heavy the dumbbell should be so that i can get better results in shorter time
