I LOVE these short exercise videos! Even 20 minutes of core-crunching seems like too much for me but I can do 2, 3 or even 5 minutes. Thanks, Spark!
I seen the video and the problem I have with the video is that I can't get down on the floor due to my lower back issues . so been doing something else to strengthen my core muscle . I do it while watching tv or just sitting down reading a book or something. every day I would just contract my abs for just 10 minutes a day. I notice when I started doing this move my stomach is no longer looking like I am 3 to 6 months expecting . my clothes look better on me . I do watch what I eat as well my calorie intake is 1251 calories a day. I walk just 10 to 15 a minutes daily .i do consume 60 to 80 ounces of water daily, I use to weigh235pounds just last year January 2015 and today I am down to195 pounds. just by doing these tips. drinking 12 to 16 ounces of water before each meal as well, not having 2or carbs with my meals. example if I have chose to a slice of wheat bread then I wont have fries or sweets with that meal. or I would just have 1 carb per meal sometimes to if I get bored.using these tips help me lose 45 pounds.
Tough workout. Couldn't do them all. But I did what I could. And isn't that really what counts.
Every one of these moves puts strain on the lower back. If I tried any of them, I would be back in physical therapy for the next 6 months. Can we get real. These are not, repeat not, for beginners.
This looks like my kind of workout; quick but effective!
@RENIESSPARKIN If you have access to a massage table or even a firm and stable bed, you could do these exercises on the table or bed.
