I'm going to try one of those poses first thing when I wake up in the mornings and see if this helps me though out the day to not stress!!!
I was having a very stressful day and used the Wonder Woman pose and it improved my mood. I also couldn't stop smiling while I was doing it. Thanks for sharing!!
I want to try this with my students with special needs. If anything, we'll have a good laugh.
Going to start this today. Thanks for sharing
I did it twice at work today. I thought it was an energy booster and it did boost my energy and rest my back after being over a keyboard. I am going to incorporate a few yoga poses I can do in the lunch room. Thanks.
Also, head up, shoulders back, stand or sit erect. You look more confident, which makes you feel more confident. Works for me!
tried it, liked it, will be doing every day--- thank you
I had tried the Wonder Woman and it was before an interview. It did feel weird, but it made me smile and when I was in the interview, I felt more confident and also it just felt really good.
I'm going to try this with my middle school students!
Improved mood immediately! Not sure if it's because the move is funny or they are scientifically-working.
Got the message that I couldn't download the video due to an error on the page.
These positions make me smile and giggle a little. I love it!
I had a hard time doing it for 2 minutes without wanting to add a stretch or twist. However, it's a great way for me to practice mindfulness which does boost my confidence. I will be sure to incorporate this into my every day routine.
Third time's a charm! Got the rest of the video. I feel more confident already. Every little boost helps. Now to get my teenaged daughter to give it a try - she sure could use it! Thanks.
The video stops downloading part way through, so I couldn't watch all of it. The little bit I saw looks good!
