Wonderful advice! And it takes just a few minutes! Impressive! The first one is very similar to a pose in Body Flow class, except that we lift the hills as well, which is significantly more challenging. I will definitely include these poses on my arsenal against stress and lack of confidence. Thank you so much!
The short amount time I tried these poses gave me a bit of energy.

Tried these today, & like others, I couldn't hold the performer pose for that long, but I rocked the wonder woman pose. I will continue to try these everyday, I'm sure I will improve. I'll check back after a few weeks & let you know how they worked out. Thank you
