I am a truck driver and keep really weird hours. I keep some weights in the truck. I walk for cardio. I have a frig and a small broiler. I prep all my food for a 5 day trip and have done very well for a few months. Report

I can work all 3 shifts plus in any given week as a healthcare worker. I am learning to say "no" to 40+ hour weeks as I have no time to spare for "Me time". I think balance is important to prevent yourself from not burning out. Meditation and Yoga plus strength training are my go to exercises as walking is always a given working 8+ hours on your feet. I hit step goals during work all the time. Report
Not very helpful for the 12-hour shift with commute time. Report
