I have a new pair of earrings that I wear every day to celebrate losing 10 pounds. I see them every time I see myself in the bathroom mirror. I'm planning to buy a different pair when I lose the next 10.

Planning, tracking, and meal prep are are the keys. I lost 60 lbs 2 years ago. I still plan, etc. Haven't gained.
I ended up losing 90 lbs &have kept it off. Lots of these suggestions were ones that I just backed into after years of yo yo dieting. this the most important was starting small - making small sustainable changes that I could live with for life.
