"Values are approximate and are based on a 150-pound person" - so does the value go up or down if you weigh more? Kind of a useless article, since it doesn't say... Not to mention, if any of us were 150 pounds, we sure as heck wouldn't need to be here trying to lose any more weight! Because 150 pounds is NOT fat at all unless you're super-short Report
