I need to join a "clean you plate syndrome" group!
glad im not alone with the clean you plate syndrome. This helps alot to know the portion sizes especially with a bowl of cereal.

I kinda thought they were similar too.. I know baseballs are a bit larger, but still...
I thought a billiard ball and a baseball were about the same size. I obviously need to go look at them again.

I always wondered about REAL portion sizes since all of them on labels are based on 2,000 calorie diets. How about my diet? I'm trying not to go over 1,600! No wonder I've been having problems.
