diet: Don't imagine eating that.
Very good points: Cheat days hmm why the overweight to begin with, I ask-And diet only ex only-I picture the lose skin-All go together
This contained useful information, thanks.
These are good tips as there are so many myths and misinformation about achieving weight loss and health goals. Dieting is nothing more than a method for temporary weight loss. Learning new lifestyle habits are key: sleep habits, managing stress, hydration, movement, diet, mindset. "Cheat days" can lead to binging and undoing the good work of the previous week. Eating small, frequent fuelings, achieving a mild fat burning state and learning new habits leads to healthy weight loss. Once the goal is achieved, we move to healthy eating and habits for long-term success!
