Hi Fabs!
Well today is day 1 for getting back on track after a very rough August - emotionally. I have begun tracking my food again, and plan to exercise again for the first time since the first week of August.
I am pumped and ready to go!
First I will be doing my Biggest Loser workout - the lighter cardio one, since it has been a few weeks.
(not including my 400 stairs five days a week, during work days)
