BLC 15 Week 7 All-Team Fitness Challenge
10 MINUTE CHALLENGE
Monday 10/25 to Sunday 10/31

This week's challenge is the "10 Minute Challenge."
10 minutes doesn't seem like a lot of time - but you can accomplish a lot in 10 minutes!

This week, you can earn up to 40 points per day for your team by making good use of 10 minute blocks in your day.

Earn 10 points per day for doing (at least) 10 minutes of stretching/yoga/pilates.

Earn 10 points per day for doing (at least) 10 minutes of cardio.

Earn 10 points per day for doing (at least) 10 minutes of strength training. (Doing any SparkPeople Bootcamp Video will count, even if it's slightly less than 10 minutes in length.)

Earn 10 points per day for doing (at least) 10 minutes of cleaning (home/office/car/yardwork).

This is all or nothing! If you only do 5 minutes of something, it doesn't count!
You will earn either 0 or 10 in each category per day.
