My goal is (15 points):

I want to lose at least 5 pounds in 3 weeks so that I can fit comfortably in the new bathing suit I bought. My goal is (15 points): I want to lose at least 10% of my body weight which is around 19 lbs in the 10 weeks, so I can be back down to were I was in the spring. I would also like to drink more water at least 8 8 oz a day as this is a struggle for me and maintain a daily food journal. I want to start training for a 1/2 marathon that will be in February.

1. Exercise at least 60 min a day besides sunday. Set up my training schedule for my training practices for the 1/2 marathon

My goal is (15 points): To get out of the 300's by my birthday, 10/21/2010 (coincides nicely with BLC 15, eh?). My reward for reaching this goal is to attempt a challenging hike that I have failed twice at reaching the summit. I told myself I would try it again after I changed the "3" to a "2".

My goal is to lose 16 lbs over this challenge to hit my next % lost goal. My reward for getting losing at least 15.5 pounds is that I will treat myself to a new outfit.

1. At least 45 min of cardio 6x per week
2. Accomplish my mileage for my half-marathon training each week.
3. Drink at least 60 oz of water per day

My goal is (15 points): I want to loose at least 40 pounds in 10 weeks so that I can fit back into my old jains I have in my closet since 2002. If I reach this goal, I will reward myself with a new makeover.

I took the Pledge and posted it (5 points):I promise to make healthy and positive choices so that I can live a healthy lifestyle and reach my goals. I put it on computer at work becasue that is where I make the worst choices.

My goal is (15 points):I want to lose at least 25 pounds during this 10 week challenge. If I meet my goal I will treat myself to new workout clothes!!

2. No Fast Food - the drive-thru is my devil

My goal is to make it below 235 lbs (that is a loss of around 14 lbs) so that I can fit into more of the clothes in my bureau and donate my larger sized clothing before the holidays. When I reach this goal I will buy one special outfit for me to celebrate my achievement and I will donate 14 pounds of food to the local food shelf.

1. Drink 8 x 8 ounce glasses of water every day
