My update for Week 1 May 4 - 10 :D
Exercise: Give yourself 1 point for every minute of exercise
Goal: 105 minutes (at least 15-min a day)
5/4- 33
5/5- 62
5/6- 29
5/7- 3 (Active Rest)
5/8- 1 (Recovery from food poison)
5/9- 1 (Recovery from food poison)
5/10- 61 (Recovery from food poison but I tried 60-min Pilate Class to see if my body was back to normal, ready for longer workout session)

Total: 130 (yay, more than goal!)

Sleep- Give yourself 10 points for every hour of sleep you get
Goal: 42 hours = 420 pts (at least 6hrs per night)
5/4- 60

Total:380 (less than goal)

Hey ladies!

I didn't forget about you! I was sick Thurs/Fri last week and then this past weekend was Ryan's birthday so I was really busy!

I'm not going to divide us into teams. Instead I'm just going to post a separate chat forum for every week. Then we can just chat with whoever is participating that week. Keep checking back in!

Hey ladies!

I thought a May challenge would be nice! I'm going to keep it simple b/c I know many of us are busy.

This is going to be a team challenge..I will divide us up into 2 or 3 teams but a daily check-in will not be required but it would be nice if everyone could check in at least every other day.

I'm going to have 2 focuses every week (ex: exercise and sleep or exercise and eating in your calorie range).

I'm going to let each person set a goal for themselves. I know each of us are different and need to work on different things!

Sign up here if you want to participate. The challenge will start Tuesday May 1st!
