I started SP on July 7, 2013. I am down 58 pounds. I eat right for the most part, although tend to off a cliff eating late at night with nibbling. I am struggling to overcome this life long habit. Sometimes I am conscious of it sometimes its like I am sleepwalking to the fridge. I have been able to lose this much because I have been consistent with using the treadmill for an hour 3-4 times a week.

I will lose 95 pounds in 2019 (goal of 160 lbs).
Restart Sept 1, 2018, 300 lbs, New Goal Weight 160 lbs
I want to reach 200 lbs by Sept 1, 2019

Original Starting weight 283 lbs, July 9, 2013
Goal Weight of 160 lbs Reached Nov. 26, 2014!
Lowest weight was 154 lbs on 22 May 2015

Been gone for a few days to a meeting, but happy to come home and see 1 lb. gone on the scale this morning! Woo Hoo! And that's with tons of sitting since Sunday night. Ah, the lovely smell of success--or is that sweat from my morning workout:-)

Congratulations on all the hard work you all have done and blessings to all. I have a church salad supper at my house tonight so I've got to get busy getting things ready. Becky

I lost 2 lbs since last weigh-in, one week ago. Surprised since I went off program two or three times last week! I hope it doesn't catch up with me!
